At TalkOut we understand that the Coronavirus has changed people’s lives in ways that we couldn’t have anticipated. Many people have been impacted by changes in the workplace as a result of the pandemic. Our mission has always been to help organisations understand how they can support the mental health of their employees in the workplace and it has never been more important than it is today. We can’t under estimate the impact this will have on our mental health which is why I have written this open letter as an appeal to the government and business leaders to take action now.
