TalkOut’s Gold Standard Award

TalkOut’s Gold standard award is a mark of recognition where the beating heart of the organisation is dedicated to supporting mental health in the workplace.

We award our Gold Standard to businesses that meet our core standards of a mentally healthy workplace. TalkOut has a community called ‘We TalkOut’ of Gold members that can get together to learn and share the most current, dynamic and ground-breaking workplace mental health research and initiatives.

There is an evident commitment from the Leadership / Board to create a mentally healthy workplace and a psychologically safe culture. 

The organisation incorporates mental health awareness in the workplace throughout each stage of the employee journey.

Line Managers are role models, encouraging open conversation surrounding mental health and wellbeing at work, and implementation of the Work Wellbeing Plan.

Person-centred support for each employee, meeting needs of individual differences and ensuring equality and diversity needs are met.
